Sarah Ingram brings more than 20 years of experience in long-term care, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her hands-on experience caring for residents laid the foundation for a career centered on compassionate leadership and a genuine commitment to serving older adults.
A licensed North Carolina Assisted Living Administrator, Sarah has more than 10 years of operational and sales experience with ALG and has proudly served as Executive Director of The Hermitage since August 2023. In her leadership role, she is dedicated to creating a community where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home.
Sarah’s greatest passion has always been caring for the elderly and building meaningful relationships with the people she serves. She believes every resident has a lifetime of stories, wisdom, and experiences worth sharing.
As Sarah often says, “The elderly are like living history books. We can all learn something from them if we simply take the time to listen and get to know them.”
That belief continues to guide her leadership and her commitment to ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Courtney Ashe has served as Business Office Coordinator at The Hermitage for 5 years. She loves helping others and making residents smile. Courtney enjoys the family atmosphere at The Hermitage. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her four boys.
Emma Yaskiewicz has been part of our community for three years and has served as Life Enrichment Coordinator for the past year. She loves creating fun and meaningful experiences for our residents. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog.
